The company’s policy, strategy and financial functions are managed by the founder and Managing Director Dr. Senthil Duraisamy, Ph.D. Executive functions are performed by founder Director Dr. E. G. Rama Kishore, Ph.D. The management team is enriched with more than two decades of in-depth experience in drug discovery research, pharmaceutical and healthcare products manufacturing industries.
Dr. Senthil Duraisamy, Ph.D.
Founder – Managing Director
Dr. Senthil has more than fifteen years of professional experience in basic medical sciences and drug discovery research. He started his career with a doctorate in Biochemistry from University of Madras, Chennai. After his doctoral research, he spent around seven years in Texas, USA carrying out basic medical science research. He was awarded NKF Research Fellowship from National Kidney Foundation of South and Central Texas & American Society of Nephrology.
He worked as Research faculty in Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas Health Science Centre Houston, his research work was recognized by American Federation for Medical Research (AFMR), Southern Region, USA. He has published more than 35 research articles and around 40 research abstracts in national and internationally reputed journals.
He focused on drug discovery research and development of healthcare products during his stint in Ranbaxy Research Laboratories and Jubilant Biosys Limited.
He joined as a Director in G7 Synergon where he managed overall strategic planning and execution of discovery projects. To utilize his vast in-depth scientific research experience and knowledge, he founded PharmaGenica Healthcare Private Limited, Bangalore to provide high quality healthcare products with best services available in the industry. He also started a specialized medicated tissue paper manufacturing facility Levon (www.levon.in) in Bangalore holding Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities.
Dr. E. G. Ramakishore, Ph.D.
Founder – Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Ramkishore has more than ten years of professional experience in healthcare industry. He is well versed with marketing & administration practices of healthcare industry. Dr. Ramkishore holds a Master degree in of Pharmacy (Clinical Pharmacy) and doctorate in Pharmacology. His rich diversified experience in business development and manufacturing processes in healthcare industry will be asset for the company.
Prior to start PharmaGenica, he worked with G7 Synergon Private Limited, as a Senior Manager in Business Development, Drug Discovery Research. Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospitals he was worked as Manager in Clinical Research & Business Development.Glaxo Smithkline, India worked as Manager in Strategic planning, Sales and Marketing.
He is a Registered Pharmacist and has been certified by Good Clinical Research & Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Pfizer. He co-authored several research publications on his scientific credentials.
Currently, he also holds as Chief Operating Officer of Levon a specialized medicated tissue paper manufacturing facility in Bangalore (www.levon.in).
